A Titanium body with carbon composite crown and sole inserts that has a lower CG toward the back for a higher moment of inertia (MOI), gives a high launch angle and low spin in flight for greater accuracy.

The L5V has adjustable settings and a swing weight screw for more draws and fewer fades and a slices, which tend to get beginners in trouble off the tee.

The Cobra L5V is probably the best possible club for the beginer or inexperienced golfer, or for a high handicapper looking for a lower handicap. For the first switch from a standard driver to the 460cc mega-head club, this is probably the best all around club to buy.
