We sell products over the Internet from our web site with full descriptions, colour photographs, links etc. All this is available at any time of day or night. We regard this as a considerable enhancement from telephone sales, where only a verbal description is available, and only in office hours.

Also, web selling has a lower cost to us than a call centre. We have built this lower cost into our prices and passed the savings on to you. In a survey, our customers overwhelmingly and consistently said they wanted cheaper prices over anything else.
